Prophet Archer Segur
Prophet Archer Segur is the Founder and President of The Name Christ Culture (TNCC), a global ministry movement rooted in the revelation of the name and culture of Jesus Christ. Called to the prophetic office from an early age, Prophet Archer has dedicated his life to advancing the Kingdom of God through apostolic and prophetic ministry.
With a mandate to raise a generation of believers who are bold, biblically grounded, and culturally relevant, Prophet Archer has ministered across more than 50 nations, preaching, teaching, and releasing prophetic words that have transformed lives and ignited revival.
His ministry is characterized by a deep passion for Scripture, a strong prophetic anointing, and a heart for community transformation. He is committed to building the Church without walls, a body of believers that transcends race, culture, and background, united by the name of Jesus.

The Governing Council Board is an oversight group consisting of external experts and pastors of very well respected ministries and congregations in the USA and abroad. The collective expertise, dedication, and strategic oversight provided by the Board empower us to pursue the church’s mission with confidence, clarity, and integrity. They provide wisdom, spiritual protection, and guidance.
The Governing Council board may be called upon to assist with accountability matters relating to the Prophet and senior Pastor of the church, ensuring that leadership within the church remains transparent, responsible, and aligned with our shared values and scriptural principles. The Pastors of this board serve as Apostolic Elders, contributing apostolic oversight, governance, fostering spiritual health and direction within the church.
Pastor Mullery Jean Pierre

Pastor Mullery Jean Pierre is a seasoned pastor and apostolic elder with decades of experience in church leadership, community development, and cross-cultural ministry. He serves on the TNCC Governing Council providing apostolic oversight, spiritual wisdom, and strategic guidance. His ministry is marked by a passion for discipleship, sound doctrine, and practical kingdom living.
Dr. Fernando Cabrera

Dr. Fernando Cabrera is a respected theologian, pastor, and community leader who brings academic excellence and prophetic insight to the TNCC Governing Council. With a doctorate in ministry and years of frontline pastoral experience, Dr. Cabrera bridges faith and culture, championing justice, transformation, and spiritual revival across diverse communities.
